From the villa you enter the sea in a few minutes, along the walking distance, by car or by a free shuttle service active during the whole summer period.
The beach of Cala dei Gessi is within walking distance with a walkway in the Park. Villa guests can enjoy the facilities of the Park (bar, swimming pool with sea water, shuttle). For children there are green areas in the park for games. The Park Calamoresca is located on the panoramic road and is 7 km. from the town of Porto Santo Stefano.

PORTO S. Stefano and Porto Ercole
Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole are the two villages of the municipality of Monte Argentario. Away between them 12 km, are different in history, traditions and folklore.

Puerto S.Stefano, founded more recently by fishermen emigrants, overflowing with vitality from every street corner. Perched on the slopes of Mount, overlooking a bay dominated by the imposing bulk of the Spanish Fortress. Although it was a fishing village, it was not spared by World War II bombings and then reconstructed.

On the promenade there is an excellent fish market and an unending stream of cafes and restaurants. The Marina, at the end of the seafront houses in summer beautiful sailboats and luxury yachts. Will Portia due, commercial one, with its fleet of fishing vessels on the high seas, and a tourist from where the ferries to the nearby islands of Giglio and Giannutri.

In the summer frenzy ramps and waterfront restaurants and bars, drawn in 1983 by Giugiaro, come alive.
Beginning from June until September events promoted by the municipality attract a wider audience. Among these, giugno Sailing Week, regatta involving the most prestigious vintage sails the world.

The Palio Marinaro Porto Santo Stefano, which takes place in the Bay of Turquoise, every year in August, from 1937.
The fireworks at the end of August, beautiful fireworks to greet the summer that takes place in the scenery of the harbor of Valle, with its yachts and sailboats.

Porto Ercole is a small town but with so much history behind it. La Rocca di S.Filippo, St. Catherine and Forte Stella dominate and protect from the small natural harbor. Testify to the belligerent period in which the Mount Argentario was conquered by the Spanish in the sixteenth century. Impressive fortifications that give a unique character to this small and picturesque port.

The old town is surrounded by city walls of Siena of the fifteenth century and boasts the picturesque square of Santa Barbara dominated by the Clock Tower, where is placed a plaque in commemoration of the great painter of the '500 Michelangelo Merisi called Caravaggio, who died in Porto Ercole 1610.

Looking out from the terrace of the square, you can enjoy the whole view of the bay. Frequented by an elite tourism and noble, lives his quiet dimension anchored in the corner of the mountain that overlooks Cala Galera also, with its traffic of yachts and yacht. During the summer, Porto Ercole is very lively, with walks on the promenade in front of anchored boats at the docks, stores, cafes and restaurants.
